Refund Policy

At Breaking Barriers Events, we strive to keep our events accessible and affordable while ensuring a great experience for all attendees. Below are our policies regarding ticket refunds and cancellations.
1. General Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be issued except under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Attendee Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your attendance, you must notify us at least 8 hours before the event to be eligible for a ticket credit.

With proper notice, you will have the option to transfer your ticket to one of the next two upcoming events of your choice.

Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the event or failure to attend will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
3. Event Cancellations by Breaking Barriers

In the rare event that Breaking Barriers cancels an event, ticket holders will have the choice of:

Receiving a full refund, or

Transferring their ticket to a future event of their choice.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically apply to the new date unless you request a different event or a refund.
4. Disruptive Behavior Policy

If an attendee is asked to leave due to disruptive or inappropriate behavior, they will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
