Refund Policy

At Breaking Barriers Events, we strive to keep our events accessible and affordable while ensuring a great experience for all attendees. Below are our policies regarding ticket refunds and cancellations.

 

 

1. General Refund Policy

 

 

  • All ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be issued except under specific circumstances outlined below.

 

 

 

2. Attendee Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • If you need to cancel your attendance, you must notify us at least 8 hours before the event to be eligible for a ticket credit.

  • With proper notice, you will have the option to transfer your ticket to one of the next two upcoming events of your choice.

  • Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the event or failure to attend will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

 

 

 

3. Event Cancellations by Breaking Barriers

 

 

  • In the rare event that Breaking Barriers cancels an event, ticket holders will have the choice of:

    • Receiving a full refund, or

    • Transferring their ticket to a future event of their choice.

  •  

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically apply to the new date unless you request a different event or a refund.

 

 

 

4. Disruptive Behavior Policy

 

 

  • If an attendee is asked to leave due to disruptive or inappropriate behavior, they will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
